Hope you love your ThistleScotch products. To make sure you find what works for your skin, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened and used.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned within the 30-day window
- The bottle and packaging must be in good condition (not damaged or leaking)
- The receipt or order number must be provided
How to start a return
Contact ThistleScotch at hello@thistlescotch.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

A return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect orders upon receipt. Reach out right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so the issue can be corrected.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once a return is received, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies may need additional time to post the refund.
