Order Processing Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): $8.95
- Military Shipping (APO, FPO, DPO): $14.95
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $85 or more. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after processing
- Military Shipping: 7 to 14 business days after processing
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once an order has shipped, ThistleScotch is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Addresses Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. ThistleScotch is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch an error immediately after ordering, contact us at hello@thistlescotch.com and we will do our best to update it before the order leaves us.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thistlescotch.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.
